How to work with SOLLARUS

Sollarus engages with the public via a direct sales program executed by a network of oustide sales representatives, each with an exclusive regional territory. If you wish to learn more about what Sollarus can do for you, please submit an inquiry using our contact form and a Sollarus representative will be in touch with you right away.

Once your information is in our system, a Sollarus representative will send you an information package, including a numbered, Sollarus Certificate entitling you to an installation valued at approximately one percent of the price of your new home. You will also be put in touch with a Sollarus-approved Real Estate agent in your area.

four steps to a sollarus installation

The process is simple and convenient. The move to a new, solar-powered home couldn't be easier or more cost effective.

Here's a short description of the process.

• STEP ONE. A Sollarus representative presents you with a Sollarus Certificate entitling you to a solar installation for your new home.
• STEP TWO. Register your Sollarus Certificate by scanning its QR-code with your mobile device or manually entering its serial number at the designated URL.
• STEP THREE. A Sollarus-approved Real Estate agent will contact you. If you have already found one or more homes that you would like to check out, your real estate agent will assist you. If you are just beginning your search, your real estate agent will make every home listed in the local MLS available to you, including all new construction in your area. Then, your agent will help you negotiate the best deal possible (the assistance of an experienced real estate agent can be crucial to obtaining the lowest price and most advantageous terms possible).
• STEP FOUR. Option A: At settlement, your real estate agent will validate your Sollarus Certificate. Once validated, it can be used toward the installation of a home solar energy system, up to the amount of its face value. Your Sollarus representative will design a custom system for your new home, in accordance with your wishes.
• STEP FOUR. Option B: If for some reason you choose not to redeem your Sollarus Certificate - perhaps the home you have purchased has an existing solar energy system, or you've changed your mind for some other reason - then your Certificate can be exchanged for cash on the secondary market.
