Our simple, win-win process works like this: Sollarus sales reps refer prospective home buyers to Sollarus affiliate real estate agents. The agents, in turn, purchase a Sollarus Certificate for the home buyer that entitles them to a solar installation. The value of the certificate is based on the price of the home, and is generally one-percent of the purchase price. So for example, the purchaser of a $350,000 home can receive a Sollarus certificate for $3,500.
By utilizing innovative financing options and energy credits, such as pre-paid solar leases and solar renewable energy credits, a several thousand dollar certificate goes a very long way - in fact, it can be enough to pre-pay a lifetime of solar energy on many homes.
